MITCH GOODKIN, FOUNDER, MBG CONSULTING
Mitch is an expert in leading business and marketing strategy development and deployment, with a focus on customer loyalty. He emphasizes helping clients capitalize on and grow their customer base to positively impact bottom line performance. Depending on specific client needs, Mitch provides expertise in situational assessment and plan development and deployment, customer loyalty improvement, customer experience management and design, scenario and contingency planning, and monitoring the effect of changes on bottom line performance. As consistently cited by his clients, he has the unique ability to balance business management principles with the need to quickly develop actionable plans that drive immediate and long term, positive results.
Prior to starting his consulting practice, Mitch held numerous senior management positions at Hewlett-Packard Company, including leadership roles in strategy, marketing, business development, quality and finance. He holds a B.S. (with distinction) in business management and marketing from Cornell University and has completed graduate course work at the State University of New York at Albany and the University of Rochester Graduate School of Management. Mitch is a contributing member of the California Council for Excellence, and has been an appointed judge for the California Team Excellence Awards and an Examiner for the California Awards for Performance Excellence (CA “Baldrige-based” program). He is also an active member of the Institute of Management Consultants.
